We cannot speak against Christianity without anger, or speak for it without love [Joubert]
Full Idea: We cannot speak against Christianity without anger, or speak for it without love.
From: Joseph Joubert (Notebooks [1800], 1801)

The Egyptians were the first to say the soul is immortal and reincarnated [Herodotus]

From: Herodotus (The Histories [c.435 BCE], 2.123.2)
