Full Idea

Whatever was then in existence which is not now, and all things that now exist, and whatever shall exist - all were arranged by Mind, as also the revolution followed now by the stars, the sun and the moon.

Clarification

'Mind' is the Greek word 'psuché', which covers mind and consciousness and life

Past, present and future, and the movements of the heavens, were arranged by Mind
